Thank you for visiting Learning Trade Center of Florida (LTCF). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of https://learningtcf.com (the “Site”) and all educational and digital services offered (the “Services”).
By registering, purchasing, subscribing, or otherwise using the Site and Services, you (“User”) acknowledge and expressly agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
⚠️ This agreement includes an individual arbitration clause and a waiver of class actions.
1. User Accounts
1.1 Eligibility Requirements
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Users must not have been previously suspended or terminated by LTCF.
1.2 Registration and Security
Users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities conducted under their account. LTCF may implement additional security measures, including two-factor authentication.
2. Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
3. Modifications to Terms
LTCF reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site and, when applicable, users may be notified by email. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
4.1 Fees
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. taxes. International users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by their respective jurisdictions.
4.2 Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase or subscription, the user is required to actively select a confirmation checkbox at checkout. By selecting this checkbox, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The purchase may include recurring automatic charges
• The user authorizes such charges until cancellation
• The user is solely responsible for canceling the subscription, either through the website or by contacting customer support directly
• The user has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions
The user understands that charges will continue unless and until the subscription is properly canceled by the user through the available cancellation methods. Failure to cancel does not constitute a billing error or unauthorized charge.
This action constitutes a legally binding acceptance of the Terms and serves as explicit consent to all payment, subscription, certification, and dispute policies.
4.3 Monthly Subscription
USD $59.99 per month, automatically renewing unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4.4 Non-Payment
Access to services may be suspended until payment is resolved.
4.5 Refunds
• Refunds are available only within seven (7) days of the initial subscription payment.
• Refunds do not apply to automatic renewals or partial billing periods.
4.6 Certification Conditions
Any certificate, completion record, or academic recognition issued by Learning Trade Center of Florida (LTCF) is conditional upon full, valid, and non-reversed payment of all fees associated with the course or service.
LTCF reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or invalidate any certification in the event of non-payment or transaction irregularities.
4.7 Chargebacks, Disputes, and Reversals
In the event that a user initiates a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or claim through their bank, financial institution, or payment processor, LTCF reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate the user’s account
• Revoke or invalidate any issued certification
• Restrict access to courses, materials, or services
• Flag the account for internal administrative review
The user acknowledges that initiating a dispute does not constitute a valid method of service cancellation.
Any certification associated with disputed or reversed payments may be considered invalid, suspended, or pending until the payment issue is resolved.
LTCF is not obligated to maintain, validate, or recognize any certification if the corresponding payment has been disputed, reversed, or deemed unauthorized.
4.8 Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention
LTCF reserves the right to request additional information to verify the User’s identity and the legitimacy of the payment method, including but not limited to:
• Cardholder’s name
• Billing address
• Government-issued identification
• Confirmation of payment authorization from the cardholder
LTCF may temporarily suspend access to services until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

5. Authorized Use
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials or provide instruction to third parties using LTCF content.
5.1 Use Restrictions and Content Protection (CRITICAL)
The User acknowledges and agrees that access to the courses is strictly personal and individual.
The following actions are expressly prohibited:
• Sharing login credentials with third parties
• Allowing simultaneous access from multiple locations or unauthorized devices
• Recording, copying, downloading, reproducing, or distributing the content by any means
• Sharing materials through platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, or other channels
• Using the content to create independent courses or for commercial purposes
LTCF reserves the right to implement technical measures to detect unauthorized access, including but not limited to monitoring IP addresses, devices, and usage patterns.
In the event of unauthorized use, LTCF may suspend or terminate access without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund.
6. User Content
Any reviews, comments, feedback, or suggestions submitted by users may be used by LTCF for improvement, communication, and promotional purposes under a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to courses, educational materials, videos, texts, scripts, assessments, course structure, platform design, logos, trademarks, certificates, documents, and software, is the exclusive property of Learning Trade Center of Florida LLC or its licensors.
Such content is protected by the United States Copyright Act and applicable international treaties.
The User does not acquire any ownership rights over the content and is granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation, may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Approval of external certifications (e.g., EPA 608) depends solely on meeting third-party requirements.
• Certificates issued by LTCF do not replace official state or federal licenses.
9. Limitation of Liability
LTCF’s maximum liability shall be limited to the greater of:
• USD $100, or
• The amount paid by the user to LTCF within the previous twelve (12) months.
LTCF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income or business opportunities.
10. Dispute Resolution
Binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA, conducted in Florida or virtually.
• Waiver of jury trial and class actions.
• Users may opt out by notifying support@learningtcf.com within thirty (30) days of acceptance.
11. Termination
LTCF may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may cancel at any time, subject to the refund rules in Section 4.5.
Termination by LTCF due to a violation of these Terms shall not entitle the User to any refund, whether partial or full.
12. General Provisions
- Governing Law: State of Florida, United States.
- • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
- • Assignment: Users may not assign rights without consent; LTCF may assign freely.
- • Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
13. Certification and License Fees
• Digital certificate: included at no additional cost.
• Printed certificate: USD $49.99.
• EPA 608 license Exam Registration & Third-Party Processing Fee: $59.99
Printed Certifications are issued only after full payment of the applicable certification and shipping fee. Delivery is made solely and exclusively by postal mail or courier service to the address provided by the student. Processing and delivery may take up to fifteen (15) business days from the date payment is confirmed and eligibility is verified.
LTCF shall not be responsible for errors in the address provided by the User or for delays attributable to external courier or delivery services.
14. Cancellation and Academic Guarantee Policies
Subscription cancellation: available at any time via account dashboard or support.
• Refunds: limited to seven (7) days after the initial payment only.
• Academic access: remains active while subscription is current.
• Technical issues: LTCF may grant extensions or account credits if platform errors occur.
15. Price Changes and Promotions
LTCF reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.
Completed and confirmed purchases will not be affected.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to specific conditions and limited availability.
16. System Errors and Incorrect Enrollment
LTCF is not responsible for technical errors, system failures, duplicate enrollments, or incorrect pricing caused by payment platforms, third-party integrations, or human error.
LTCF may correct enrollments or account access to reflect the accurate purchase.
Such corrections do not entitle users to additional courses, discounts, or benefits.
17. Live Exam Scheduling
Live exams are scheduled strictly based on course completion order and instructor availability.
Waiting periods may range from one (1) to four (4) weeks.
Exam dates are not guaranteed immediately upon course completion.
Rescheduling or delays do not entitle users to compensation, refunds, or additional benefits.
18. Scope of Educational Services and Legal Disclosures
Learning Trade Center of Florida LLC is a private educational institution offering technical training and non-regulated educational programs, including but not limited to:
• HVAC
• Manicure
• Acrylic Nails
• Professional Makeup
• TrueESL (English as a Second Language)
These programs do not constitute professional licenses, government-issued certifications, academic degrees, or authorization to practice any regulated profession in any jurisdiction.
Certificates issued by LTCF represent course completion only and do not replace any state or federal license.
It is the student’s sole responsibility to verify applicable requirements in their jurisdiction.
When a student elects to pursue an external certification exam (including EPA 608), such exams are administered exclusively by independent authorized testing organizations.
LTCF does not administer certification exams, does not act as a testing center, and does not issue official professional licenses.
19. No Guarantee of Results, Employment, or Income
LTCF does not guarantee employment, income, licensure, certification, or specific outcomes.
Results depend on individual effort, prior experience, local regulations, and market conditions.
20. Testimonials and User Experiences
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all users.
They should not be interpreted as promises of employment, income, certification, or success.
21. Accessibility
LTCF is committed to providing reasonable accessibility to its educational content.

22. Copyright and DMCA
LTCF respects intellectual property rights.
Copyright infringement claims may be submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).
LTCF reserves the right to remove infringing content.
23. Unauthorized Commercial Use
The use of LTCF content for commercial purposes, including teaching third parties, creating academies, courses, or derivative programs, is strictly prohibited without the express prior written authorization of LTCF.
