Learning Trade Center of Florida programs are training programs and award a private certificate of completion. They are not a state license or a government certification. The EPA 608 certification itself is issued by an independent certifying organization approved by the EPA after you pass the exam. HVAC contractor licensing in Florida is granted by the State and has its own experience and examination requirements.
