Welcome to Course 105. This is a theory-based course: here you learn how residential electricity works in the United States, how to read an electrical plan, what each material does, and how to work safely.

Two important things, said straight:
Do not apply this content on a live installation. Electrical work is dangerous, and in Florida it must be performed or supervised by a contractor licensed with the DBPR, with a permit and an inspection.

When you finish you receive a private LTCF certificate, showing that you completed the course. It is not a state license. If your goal is to get licensed, this course is the knowledge base; we explain the full path on the last page.
