Al inscribirse en cualquiera de nuestros programas, los estudiantes reconocen y aceptan las disposiciones aqu\u00ed descritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.- Inscripci\u00f3n y pagos<\/strong><br>Al inscribirse en cualquiera de nuestros programas educativos, el estudiante acepta nuestras condiciones de pago y confirma su compromiso de participar en el curso. Todos los pagos realizados se consideran definitivos y no reembolsables, salvo en las circunstancias espec\u00edficas que se detallan a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.- Anulaciones iniciadas por estudiantes<\/strong><br>Students may request a cancellation of their enrollment within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No han accedido al contenido completo del curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No han descargado ning\u00fan certificado ni han accedido al examen final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No han completado el primer m\u00f3dulo del curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si se cumplen estas condiciones, podr\u00e1 concederse un reembolso parcial o total, previa evaluaci\u00f3n caso por caso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.- Reembolsos aprobados<\/strong><br>Si se aprueba un reembolso, se tramitar\u00e1 utilizando el m\u00e9todo de pago original en un plazo de 15 d\u00edas laborables.<br>No se realizar\u00e1n reembolsos si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El alumno ha completado el primer m\u00f3dulo del curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El estudiante ha accedido al examen final o ha descargado el certificado del curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La solicitud de reembolso se presenta una vez transcurrido el plazo de 7 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.- Anulaciones iniciadas por la instituci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Learning Trade Center of Florida se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier curso por razones administrativas, t\u00e9cnicas o de fuerza mayor. En tales casos, se ofrecer\u00e1n al estudiante las siguientes opciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inscripci\u00f3n en otro grupo o sesi\u00f3n del mismo curso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reembolso \u00edntegro del importe abonado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.- Cambios o traslados de curso<\/strong><br>Las solicitudes de cambio o transferencia de matr\u00edcula a otra sesi\u00f3n del mismo curso est\u00e1n sujetas a disponibilidad y aprobaci\u00f3n interna. Puede aplicarse una tasa administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.- Cursos gratuitos o promocionales<\/strong><br>Los cursos ofrecidos gratuitamente u obtenidos a trav\u00e9s de promociones especiales no podr\u00e1n ser objeto de reembolso o transferencia en ning\u00fan caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.- Solicitudes de reembolso y anulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Todas las solicitudes de reembolso, anulaci\u00f3n o retirada de cursos deben enviarse exclusivamente por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00f3ngase en contacto con nosotros en: support@learningtcf.com<br>Aseg\u00farese de incluir los siguientes datos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nombre completo del estudiante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00famero de pedido o de inscripci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivo de la solicitud<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada solicitud se examinar\u00e1 individualmente y se le dar\u00e1 respuesta en el plazo m\u00e1s breve posible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta pol\u00edtica describe los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones relativos a cancelaciones, reembolsos y transferencias de cursos.
